The name Bog & Barley comes from Bog, Irish wetland that accumulates peat as a deposit of plant materials, and Barley, the primary used in making whisk(e)y. From the decor in our dining room to the music that fills the air, every detail has been carefully chosen to reflect our Irish heritage.
